At Yara Yachts, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. Please read the policy carefully to understand our terms.

2. Returns

• Due to the high-value nature of our yachts and related products, we do not accept returns unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately upon delivery, no later than 48 hours after receiving your order.
• You must provide photos or videos of the damaged product to assist with processing your return request.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
• In such cases, we will offer a full refund of the cash amount you paid at the time of delivery.
• Refunds will be processed within 2 business days from the date we receive and verify your return claim.
• If a refund is issued, it will be returned via the original method of payment (i.e., cash on delivery will result in a refund of the same amount in cash).
